Hi Sandra I'm really sorry to hear this. I fully understand your frustration. I tried to give you a call yesterday but there was no answer. Unfortunately we do occasionally see damage from transit. Usually we try and swap the product asap with a new one - however I appreciate in this situation you had to install it quickly. We will be able to arrange some sort of compensation for you.
