Response from Wayne - Hi there, I just wanted to echo Nick's comments regarding the feedback, which we always appreciate you taking the time to provide. I understand that in this case the feedback submitted actually relates to a call other than the one this feedback is attributed to. I have identified the specific call from your description and have spoken to the Engineer who assisted you. What I am told is that although the problem itself was resolved relatively quickly, this was only after the Engineer was able to establish a remote support connection to your PC, which, at the time, stubbornly refused to connect after several attempts. I imagine that what you perceived down the phone line as a reluctance to engage, was actually the Engineers frustration at not being able to help you as quickly and efficiently as we hope you are used to.
