I have spoken to the Support Engineer who helped you on this call and he did confirm that there was a problem with his 'noise cancelling' headset that day and that this led him to temporarily change to an older headset, without this capability. Hopefully this was just a one off. Kind regards, Wayne Marshall Customer Support Manager
