Good product but a disgrace that it cost ÂŁ24 for postage. How can you justify this?

Thank you for leaving us feedback which we monitor very closely and take on board. Having looked into this, the reason your order was charged ÂŁ20+VAT as shipping was due to the length of the parcel being over 1metre long, it was put on a DPD Offshore Two Day service to Bangor. As this order came from us in UK mainland we really are at the mercy of our couriers when it comes to pricing which unfortunately is in fact well above the charge we have passed on here. If in future you require any further items from us please contact us before checking out on the website and we will do all we can to source an alternative method of shipping for you. Apologies again. Sorbus Team.
