Thank you for leaving feedback, we do have to place a time limit on checking over goods and our liability for damaged which I am sure you can appreciate. But I am disappointed to see that we didn't offer a solution for assisting with the damaged product and will take this up internally. I am glad that you have managed to find a way to get the unit up and running and I am sorry.
