Hotel was fantastic due to the wonderful staff, location and facilities. Cannot recommend the holiday highly enough such a shame that I had to complain to Sovereign many times during a three week period prior to the holiday - very stressful. Sovereign employ aggressive staff who don't take their job seriously or have the skills to complete simple tasks. Disgrace.
