I'm sorry that you were disappointed by the presentation of your hamper, our website does clearly show the presentation of each item in a separate tab so you should have been aware of how it would look upon arrival. With regards to the delivery, you had booked for a delivery in the week commencing 9th December and the hampers arrived on 12th so within the timescale requested. We do have a named day service available for delivery for customers who require the hampers to be delivered on a specific day but unfortunately this wasn't the option requested when you booked online.
