excellent allround service and easy to deal with polite and helpful staff products weregifts for staff ,family ,friends and donations so unable to comment but were nicely presented.

My hamper didn't come as expected. The picture made the hamper look very good but was disappointed when I opened a flat hamper which didn't look worth the money.

I'm sorry that you were disappointed by the presentation of your hamper, our website does clearly show the presentation of each item in a separate tab so you should have been aware of how it would look upon arrival. With regards to the delivery, you had booked for a delivery in the week commencing 9th December and the hampers arrived on 12th so within the timescale requested. We do have a named day service available for delivery for customers who require the hampers to be delivered on a specific day but unfortunately this wasn't the option requested when you booked online.
