Not your fault but the carrier service that you use, TNT, failed to deliver on 2 consecutive days due to time constraints goods arrived on the 6th instead of the 4th. They gave up delivery before 5pm

If can be very frustrating when dealing with a third party courier when drivers fail to deliver due to time constraints or traffic problems as we are not always notified of these issues. Our customer service team are always on hand to help and contact the couriers on our customer behalf on 01303 235635 to try to resolve any issues such as this. Many thanks for taking the time to leave us feedback for your order and once again we are so sorry that the couriers have let us down on this occasion. On a positive note though, due to this problem we have now a new procedure in place where we are attaching labels to each pallet delivery to advise the driver of the level of service expected from him on each and every delivery, to eliminate this problem from happening again. Although this doesn't solve the problem that you had at the time, we are glad that you highlighted this problem to us so give us the opportunity to make this right in the future.
