Many thanks for taking the time to send us your feedback on this order, we are sorry that the cellophane around your hamper was ripped upon opening the box. Although we have sold and sent several hundred of these hampers and not heard of this issue with any others, as you have kindly highlighted this issue to us we will now spot check the remaining hampers that we have in stock to ensure none of the others are ripped and will liaise with our warehouse manager as there may be a need for us to use tougher cellophane in the future. The service was excellent.I received a damaged box I rang them and sent them a photo and within a couple of days a replacement had arrived now that is customer service for you.
