Though it was harsh that two hampers going to same address on the same day incurred double courier charges!! Will not use Spicers again

Your comments regarding our delivery charges has prompted us to update our FAQ page to explain our delivery charges in more detail. Having looked at your order I note that you've not been charged for two deliveries but for a minimum charge for the weight of the hampers plus the named day service charge of £2.
