Very helpful. Delivery was later than expected but I received lovely helpful assistance when I called. Definitely use your services again and the hampers were lovely and great caue for money.

Purchasing was easy and efficient. Two of the items were not delivered ("disappeared" in the system) the customer service team were excellent and arranged a new delivery within 24 hours

Delivery was good but no message attached to the goods as previously requested. The people didn't know who sent the hampers.

Messages are always adhered to the outside of the packing boxes and it is possible, albeit very unlikely, that the clear pocket that holds the Gift Card came off the boxes during transit. We apologise for any inconvenience that was caused to you or the recipients due to the lack of the message whether it was caused during transit or a glitch inhouse whereby the messages were missed. Please be assured this is not a regular occurrence.

Spicers have perfectly good hampers - theirs website is horrendous. Try to buy for more than 6 or so people and the experience involves deleting addresses, adding new ones and the website crashing and

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for bringing this matter to our attention. We are truly sorry that our online ordering process was not acceptable on this occasion. I have raised the issue with our IT department to urgently re-test multiple address input and to investigate the site crashing as well as a general site review.
