If email addresses are supplied to us when orders are placed, an email is automatically sent out when the order has been despatched from our warehouse and within the email is a link to the tracking details in order that the customer can track the parcel should they so wish. Of course we are always happy to track parcels for our customers and advise them of the status if required. A number of our couriers also send email updates to advise a date/time for when delivery will take place. It appears that the email that was sent to you did not, for some unknown reason, arrive with you and we apologise for any inconvenience caused to you due to this situation.
