We are extremely sorry that you experienced a negative service from the courier and we apologise for the inconvenience caused to you. This type of situation, albeit it extremely rare, does not serve us well and indeed causes disappointment for the customer and the recipient as well as ourselves. Sadly we are unable to rectify this particular incident but please be assured that we will raise this issue with the couriers to ensure this situation does not occur in the future. We are sorry you were disappointed with the Three Cheese Tray but, as we discussed, the products within were exactly as those advertised and were supplied in the wooden slatted crate as stated in both the brochure and on the website. Sadly these did not meet your expectations but we thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback on this product and your comments have been duly noted.
