I am very sorry that we were unable to amend the gift card message for you. We send out thousands of hampers daily and consequently hampers are often packed, labelled and in our despatch system a number of days before they are due to be sent and it is therefore not always possible to make amendments although we do always try our best to accommodate all requests. I sincerely apologise that we did not respond to the email you sent regarding the discount - this situation is rare and not typical of the service we pride ourselves on.
