Thank you for your feedback. I apologise for the fact you had a bad experience with a member of our staff last year. This is most unlike our customer service team as we always strive to make the purchasing experience as easy as possible for our clients. Having said that, when there are a number of different delivery addresses, we do prefer to have the addresses emailed to us so we can be absolutely sure that no misunderstandings can occur as to what needs to be delivered where. Your comments regarding delivery notification have been noted and passed to the relevant department for consideration.

We are pleased that you were happy with the processes we have in place and thank you for your feedback, particularly regarding the gift cards. All of your hampers did have the gift card included but your comment regarding the fact you do not believe they were noticeable enough has been passed to the relevant department within Spicers.

Ordered over the phone which was surprisingly easy, I had to change delivery of one of the hampers a week later and that was easy as well. Hampers were great too and arrived on time.
