I can see from the tracking information linked to your order, that the delivery was attempted on the day requested, although no one was home to accept. Delivery was successfully completed on the next working day.

We're sorry that you had cause to worry about the delivery of your hampers. 

During the checkout process, we offer the option of a week commencing delivery date, or a named day (the named day option is subject to a surcharge). We're unable to advise a delivery date when the week commencing delivery is selected, all we can advise is that the delivery will be made before the end of the week selected.

We're glad to know that you found our hamper selection good and the price was suitable for you.

Products are very good but it took 4 attempts to deliver one item in my order. This was a Christmas Gift for a customer and only arrived on the 3rd of January!

Hello,

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in getting the hamper to you on time.

After investigating this for you, it seems that one of the hampers was misplaced by the courier. A replacement was sent out to you, and this was also misplaced (by a different courier). The third was sent out for you, and then suffered a delay with the third courier. I apologise for this and the inconvenience you have suffered as a result. 

I'm pleased that you were happy with the hampers themselves.

I hope that, despite the delivery issue you encountered this time, we're able to work together again next Christmas.
