I'm sorry that we were unable to make any amendments to your order. As soon as the order reaches our despatch department, we're unable to make any changes.
I'm also sorry that you didn't receive your confirmation emails. We would normally send these out on the day your order is despatched. Occasionally, these emails can be 'lost' in the black hole of the web, and don't reach the recipients. I can only apologise for this. We will be looking in to how our system handles these emails to see if there's anything we can improve on.
