I have looked in to your delivery issue here and can see that one of your hampers was delivered on 18th December. Unfortunately, the second had been mislaid by the courier. We sent out a replacement for you on 22nd December. Unfortunately, this seems to have suffered a delay with the courier and instead of being delivered on 23rd as we had requested, it was delivered on 27th.
Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience you have been caused by this delay.
