I've just checked with Joggers World who were the retailer servicing your order and they confirmed that the 2 pairs of shoes they sent you were the correct sizes that you ordered. They also sent us the email communication between them and you where you asked to exchange the shoes because they don't fit. It looks like they got back to you relatively quickly letting you know that it's not a problem to exchange them to a different size. They confirmed your replacement shoes are being sent today. It seems that they did the right thing with your initial order and then they did everything they could to help you exchange sizes. We're very sorry to hear that you had such a bad shopping experience! We have policies in place with all our retailers to make sure that we do our very best to sort out all problems and help customers until they're happy. Firstly we'd like to clarify that all products listed on our website by the various retailers are 100% genuine/authentic products. We have a strict agreement with all our retailers that there are no replicas/copies/knock-offs allowed to be listed on our website. With regards to the Adidas track top, it's genuine surplus stock from Asia. The retailer USW has let us know they've checked all the sizing of the clothing on Australian bodies and they've indicated on the appropriate products where the fit was significantly different to local sizes. The top you purchased was found to be of similar fit, so it wasn't marked any differently. Of course every body size and shape is different and if you're unhappy with the sizing, the guys at USW are always happy to exchange it for you. They'll contact you shortly to let you know how to go about it. With regards to the Brooks top from Joggers World, this is 100% genuine product as well. Please rest assured that your order was packed in a courier satchel and not a trash bag. We're very sorry to hear about the smoke smell of the parcel. All we can put that down to is the courier driver as no one smokes in the store where your order was packed, so it's the only logical explanation. If the top has any smell on it, then of course it will be exchanged for you and we'll get Joggers World to use a different courier service so it's not the same driver again.
