everytime I ring the people i speak to are genuine and concerned about being able to do the best for me, they always help me out and explain anything I do not understand

They made what I thought would be a very difficult conversation very easy. Very understanding and knowledgeable. Can take a while to get through sometimes but I guess that's a sign of the times.
