We are disappointed to hear that you had a negative experience with us, and it’s our understanding that you have spoken to a member of the team regarding the issue. On investigation, we realised that there was an error in the product sizing that was listed on the website, this has since been amended to the correct measurements. As for the additional items that were sent to you, we discovered that it was a result of an incorrect scan from the courier service.
We’re sorry if the wait for your refund caused any inconvenience, but unfortunately, we have no control over the time it takes to process this. 7 days is the norm for these types of transactions and this is the process time the banks set.
