As this has been through our courier, we aren't able to comment on the exact circumstances, but I can see that there have been two attempts to deliver your order. As these weren't successful, the courier sent three emails (one on 26/10 and two on 31/10) with a link to re-arrange delivery. I'll also include the link for you below.
