I’ve tried to ring a number of times over the last few days to speak with you personally about your issues, but unfortunately, we’ve been unable to reach you. I have however investigated your orders, and we have despatch updates for you.

I can tell you that the double dispenser is on backorder but you should have been receiving our automated report to keep you updated on this. If you’d like us to check which email is signed up for these updates, please send a message to chrisn@stephensons.com and we can get that confirmed for you.
Fortunately, I’m pleased to say that the back-ordered dispenser has now come into stock and should be with you very soon.
