We’ve just had a look at your order and it would appear that you paid our standard delivery fee for purchases under £70, which is £7. As we’re primarily a wholesaler, most of our customers qualify for free delivery (over £70) so this issue is not usually mentioned. The fee is there to ensure we are able to efficiently deploy our own fleet of vans, as well as the carrier service we use.
Your review mentions that delivery was ‘almost 13 pounds’. This figure most likely comes from the delivery fee, plus the VAT (which totalled £12.60). Our products are listed on the web without VAT, as is the industry standard. This charge is then added on and listed automatically when a product is added to the basket. Apologies for any confusion.

We’ll take your comments into account concerning the delivery fee, as this is an ongoing discussion for us and the fee is reviewed frequently. Regarding the VAT, you’ll be pleased to know that we’re currently in the process of implementing a VAT-inclusive price into the product listing. This will be available online shortly.
