Please accept our sincere apologies for the mix-up with the drip tray. This problem has never occurred before and our assumption is that the product was factory packed without the supplementary items, such as the drip tray and instructions.
The reason we’ve had to involve the manufacturer (and why our after-service has not been as timely as usual) is that we simply do not sell spare or single-pack drip trays. If we were to take one from another model, then the next customer would be without and so on.
The quickest way to get your replacement was through the manufacturer. After acknowledging your issue directly, we then sent a replacement request immediately.
We understand your frustration and again, apologise sincerely for this mistake. This is absolutely not the standard we strive for, and the manufacturer has been made aware of this issue.
