Firstly, apologies for the time it has taken for you to receive the order in full. This is simply not good enough.
As mentioned in our email communications, the courier separated the order for reasons unbeknown to us. Fortunately, after a number of attempts to action the redelivery this has now been made.
Despite the order now being received in full, we are empathetic to your situation and agree that the process was unnecessarily slow.
As a resolution, we are very happy to change your account to our alternate courier for all future orders. This should hopefully ensure a more efficient service.
