Please accept our apologies for not responding to your queries promptly. It would appear that your message went through to purchasing, rather than our sales department.
Regarding the item, we also apologise that what you received was not exactly the same as shown in the picture.
As is the case in the current procuring environment, sometimes we have to source an alternative product very quickly to ensure that our customers can still get stock.
The skimmer you ordered was the right size and still served the same function, but unlike our picture, it featured a slightly different handle. Instead of being hollow, this handle was solid. The item picture has now been amended online, but thank you so much for bringing this to our attention.
We are now working to review all of our online product pictures to make sure they are all clear and accurately representative.
