As mentioned in your review, we also recognised a quality issue with the product in question. This stock was procured during ongoing issues with suppliers related to raw material shortages. Unfortunately, these items fall short of the quality that we (and our customers) expect. Sincere apologies for that.
We have since reverted back to our initial supplier and invite you to test the quality — your account will be credited with a case of the original stock.
