Firstly, allow us to apologise for the condition of the items. We take great care when picking, packing, and delivering every single box sent out from our warehouse. Clearly this time it wasn’t up to our usual standards. We’re very sorry for this.
Our operations manager has been informed of this incident and he will be reminding both our warehouse staff and courier teams of the high levels of care we expect.
With regards to your comments on paper, we can completely understand the frustration. This frustration is shared across the industry as raw material shortages and rising energy costs have resulted in the price of paper (blue roll, toilet paper etc.) skyrocketing.
Please let us assure you that we are not making any more money off the product, and you will see these price increases reflected across the entire market.
Hopefully, the aforementioned issues will be resolved swiftly and, when they are, our prices will change accordingly.
