Hi , As per our conversation on the phone, you was not still in contact with me and had blatantly disregarded my message. In addition to the phone call i had received 8 days ago. 2 Commitments where made.
1.1 That I would firstly receive an email confirming a replacement product will be shipped out to me with a delivery date. 8 DAYS LATER YOU HAVE STILL NOT FULFILLED THIS COMMITMENT.
2. You, the manager would leave a comment mentioning we had discussed the situation allowing me to provide you with the necessary recovery feedback out of good will. The is not a prerequisite nor a must have as the customer service to date has been little to poor.
The Initial action has yet to be completed and thus i am still waiting.
On the 25/02/2022 I emailed yourselves with the above and to communicate : Due to the continued poor lack of customer service please cancel my order and refund me. This has been a stressful ordeal and i will be taking my business elsewhere. There is no need for a call. Simple a confirmation email stating a refund has been processed.
And have yet to receive a response.
