Stephensons performed well but I think they should consider using a different courier as two of the glasses were smashed to pieces

Hello there, We're so sorry to hear that there was an issue with the courier and some of the glasses didn't make it there in one piece. While very rare, unfortunately this does sometimes happen during transit. Please rest assured that we will look into the order and remind the courier of the high delivery standards expected.
