Hello, May we please apologise for the sponge not being the exact size you ordered. We’ve had a few recent issues sourcing the product in question, and in the meantime (to make sure our customer can still have sponges) we’ve been providing an alternative with slightly smaller dimensions. As mentioned in our email communications, we are willing to refund the sponge if you’d like. Do please just let us know. Many thanks.
