Thank you for your feedback. You have fitted the wrist cord correctly so all good on that front. As for the ferrule yes the heavy duty ferrules have grips inside to make sure the ferrule does slip off. If you fit it half way then pop it on the floor and push down on the stick it will click into place. Hope this helps - The Stick & Cane Shop
