It would appear that our design team changed the dimensions slightly for your order to ensure the design stayed in proportion. We understand that this should have been communicated and apologies that this was not the case in this instance. We will talk internally about how to make sure this type of thing doesn't happen for future orders.
All orders, when shipped, are shipped with tracking details attached that is sent by automated email to our customers. In your case, we are unsure why this was not done. On the 6th of January, one of our agents contacted you to let you know your order had shipped and attached your tracking details.
