They did not give me a design proof within 12 hours. I had to email them over 72 hours after I had submitted a design. However they did have good customer service.

Order was approved on 26/06/2020, by 19/07/2020 I am still waiting for my stickers. After contacting them, Luke Aldridge confirmed id had been sent out by end of June. Hope to get them soon.
