It took SunLife almost 4 weeks to make any type of response and then all they tell you is that my complaint of 08.08.2024 has been raised with the Customer Service team. I would hate to deal with SunLife if it was a serious issue!! Some Customer Service....NOT!

Forms are easy to complete and sunlife was very quick responding to my application. Back in 2020 when my dad passed away, sunlife were very helpful, friendly and efficient over the phone .
