Thanks for providing us with this feedback. We are sorry to hear your daughter did not have the opportunity to swim, however we can never guarantee that this activity will be provided on the day your child attends. Unfortunately on this occasion, the pool did not meet the guidelines set in order to swim, however our camp staff would have ensured that other engaging and fun activities were put in place.

Thanks for this important feedback and for taking the time to speak to me this morning regarding the concerns you have raised here. As discussed, we have a zero tolerance bullying policy on camp and therefore take these kinds of allegations very seriously. Our operations team are currently looking into this further and will be in touch with a resolution.

Whilst we are pleased to hear that your child enjoyed their time on camp, we were concerned to hear that your child did not eat all their lunch. We will therefore be in touch with a courtesy call to ensure that this issue is appropriately dealt with.

Thank-you for letting us know how we can improve the range of activities available to our Early Years children. Whilst we do offer quieter times for play, our EY programme offers an exciting range of sports, arts and games for younger children to enjoy. We will therefore ensure that this is being properly implemented at our Kingshott camp and that our camp has access to the appropriate resources for arts and crafts.
