Hi Trina. Many thanks for taking the time to leave your feedback. As you may know, parents and grandparents with Early Years children should receive a form at the end of each day detailing what they got up to on camp, so we are sorry to hear that you did not receive feedback from the staff this time. Please be assured that we have passed this on to our operations team for investigation. We do hope to see your grandson back on camp soon.

We realise the impact that this has on what is otherwise an easy, hassle-free drop off for both parents and children.
