Hi Jonathan, thank-you for taking the time to leave feedback. Knowing how much children do enjoy swimming, we try to swim as much as possible, however we can unfortunately never guarantee that the children will swim every day. I am sorry to hear there was a miscommunication in terms of the children's swimming level- we ask parents to please check everything is correct on their child's online profile before they attend camp so we can ensure they are placed in the appropriate group for this activity. If you would like to discuss the issues with bullying further please do email our customer services team at info@supercamps.co.uk ; we take these matters very seriously and would like to know if we can help in anyway. Otherwise I am glad your children enjoyed their time on camp and do hope to see them at our St. Swithun's camp again soon.
