Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there. Thanks for your feedback. We try to swim as much as possible as we know how much children enjoy this activity. Unfortunately, we were unable to swim at Kingshott this Easter as we did not have a lifeguard, however we are hoping to have a lifeguard in place for May half term and the summer. We hope your child enjoyed the rest of the activities however and we hope to see you back on camp soon!
