We don't argue with anyone, we provide factual information, especially where people do not provide full facts, and where they fail to declare all of the facts. We prefer to ensure that people have access to all of the facts so they can make informed decisions. Since you did not provide these in your review, and attempted to mislead the readers, we had no option but to correct your claims and provide the information you conveniently forgot to mention.
You can of course declare the full facts at any time and we challenge you again to provide the full facts to the readers, perhaps confirm how many surveys you completed, how much you earned, confirm how quickly you were paid, and that we did in fact respond to your ticket in 6 hours as we've stated. If you don't, we can only ask that readers consider what you are hiding and why. Of course had you done this initially, then it would a much more trustworthy and accurate review. It certainly shouldn't take us having to take these steps to get an honest review from you.
As we've mentioned negative balances are not a reflection of poor service or issues on our site, but come from a failure on your part as the survey taker, to complete the surveys correctly. That is your responsibility, and currently you are providing a 1* review to us because you didn't do your job of completing the survey correctly and that just doesn't make sense, and certainly doesn't accurately reflect the service you received, nor does it show you've taken responsibility for what is actually your error.
As per our previous response we have supplied you with access to a number of surveys, and paid you promptly (something we notice you still fail to acknowledge or confirm). It is that level of prompt payment that results in the negative balance when it turns out you have not completed surveys correctly and the advertiser is later forced to remove the credit they had previously provided in good faith.
We are 100% professional and factual all of the time. In this case you didn't get the answer you wanted to hear, and did not appreciate being presented with the facts which show your review as inaccurate and misleading. Providing facts to correct your inaccurate and misleading review does not make us unprofessional, it confirms that we are efficient and honest in additional to being professional and it shows that we care that people are presented with factual information on which to base their decisions.
We can confirm that anyone who completes surveys correctly will benefit from a high level of service all of the time from our site, so we are a great choice if you want access to hundreds of surveys which pay well and pay fast. If you don't complete surveys accurately, then perhaps look elsewhere.
