Hi, Thanks for your review. Currently it contains some false information as well as missing out a few facts which you seem to have forgotten to include which reflect the actual service you received from us. First of al, we can see that you have been able to access quite a number of surveys on our site, received credit for those surveys and then most importantly you received payment for those when it was requested in no more than a few hours. Please can you confirm those facts, and then explain why you failed to disclose that information in your review, and then when including the facts about those surveys and payments, how does that reflect on you claim that we are not one of the great survey sites, and the 1* rating as it really doesn't tie in. In relation to you claims of not receiving a response to your ticket relating to the negative points, that is quite simply false. The facts are actually as follows: You raised a support ticket at 8/29/2023 8:03 PM ID:278434 Subject:Negative points balance That ticket received a response at 8/30/2023 2:19 AM, around 6 hours after it was raised, and within the 8 hours we confirm it takes to receive a response. That response directed you to review your account history which would have given you the information relating to your negative balance. Please review that information and respond to confirm it is correct and that your original review is in fact inaccurate. We are happy to provide it again for you here. if you review the links we provided on 30th August in our response you will see that one of our advertisers has reversed the credit it provided for a survey. This indicates that when they reviewed your information, the survey was not completed correctly, and therefore the reward should not have been provided. We can also confirm that at this moment, despite your negative balance which resulted from not completing surveys correctly, your overall net balance is still positive. You can clear the negative points balance from your existing cash balance and request the balance as per the other payments you received, which again would be sent within only a few hours. Alternatively you can earn more points, and use those to clear your negative balance and cash out the balance you have at any time. We look forward to seeing your updated and more accurate review which contains the information you previously missed out and correct the previous false statements.

Wow !!! Y'all are all about arguing with everyone who gives negative feedback. Haven't seen you respond to the good feedback with a Thank you to anyone. To get on here and argue when we were sent an email to give a review is not very professional. Now I'm really glad I've not bothered with your surveys any longer. I am enjoying 4 sites that are truly professional that I started using before I even knew Superpayme existed. Seems I'm not the only one with the exact same problem with sudden negative balances after thoughtfully , and carefully doing surveys. You might want to check your attitude. I will be sharing your responses to each negative review. I highly recommend the other survey sites I use as they are 100% professional all the time.

Hi, We don't argue with anyone, we provide factual information, especially where people do not provide full facts, and where they fail to declare all of the facts. We prefer to ensure that people have access to all of the facts so they can make informed decisions. Since you did not provide these in your review, and attempted to mislead the readers, we had no option but to correct your claims and provide the information you conveniently forgot to mention. You can of course declare the full facts at any time and we challenge you again to provide the full facts to the readers, perhaps confirm how many surveys you completed, how much you earned, confirm how quickly you were paid, and that we did in fact respond to your ticket in 6 hours as we've stated. If you don't, we can only ask that readers consider what you are hiding and why. Of course had you done this initially, then it would a much more trustworthy and accurate review. It certainly shouldn't take us having to take these steps to get an honest review from you. As we've mentioned negative balances are not a reflection of poor service or issues on our site, but come from a failure on your part as the survey taker, to complete the surveys correctly. That is your responsibility, and currently you are providing a 1* review to us because you didn't do your job of completing the survey correctly and that just doesn't make sense, and certainly doesn't accurately reflect the service you received, nor does it show you've taken responsibility for what is actually your error. As per our previous response we have supplied you with access to a number of surveys, and paid you promptly (something we notice you still fail to acknowledge or confirm). It is that level of prompt payment that results in the negative balance when it turns out you have not completed surveys correctly and the advertiser is later forced to remove the credit they had previously provided in good faith. We are 100% professional and factual all of the time. In this case you didn't get the answer you wanted to hear, and did not appreciate being presented with the facts which show your review as inaccurate and misleading. Providing facts to correct your inaccurate and misleading review does not make us unprofessional, it confirms that we are efficient and honest in additional to being professional and it shows that we care that people are presented with factual information on which to base their decisions. We can confirm that anyone who completes surveys correctly will benefit from a high level of service all of the time from our site, so we are a great choice if you want access to hundreds of surveys which pay well and pay fast. If you don't complete surveys accurately, then perhaps look elsewhere. As a final point and as a reminder of the level of professional level of service we provide at all times, we will remind you again that thanks to the current cash balance on your account you do have a net positive balance which you can withdraw at any time. We would invite you to resolve your negative balance using that and you can then request payment of remaining cash which will be paid to you within a few hours in the same way you received payments previously. At that point, if you no longer wish to use the site, then simply raise a support ticket t close your account and that will be processed within 8 hours as per our service promise.

Whatever dude. It started out good. I made a total of $28. Sure payment was quick. But , when I do my surveys carefully and thoughtfully and suddenly end up with a negative balance.......I have NEVER experienced this with any other survey sites then my thoughts on your survey site goes down hill. I gave my review. Don't like it ? Too bad. Try being professional in your response. Thankfully the other sites are amazing and several friends have signed up with them since I raved about great customer service. I have a farm to run. Enjoy your day.

Hi, Thanks you for confirming some of the information previously left out of your original review. You seem to misunderstand that this is not about us liking or not liking your review. It is about whether your review was accurate, contained the full facts, and reflected the experienced you actually had on the site. If you meet that criteria, which every review should, then if we don't like it then we did something wrong we need to fix. In your instance, the review was inaccurate, deliberately missed out essential information and did not reflect the service you received. As a result, we then provided a very professional, accurate and factual response in return. Your claim of not being professional is because we have taken the time to highlight the issues and inaccuracies with your comments. While it's great that you at least provided some of the information requested, there are still two issues that remain, and likely will remain. You left a 1* review based on two issues. 1 - That you received a negative balance on your account. 2 - That you did not receive a response to you enquiry. - Point 1 is an issue because, as we've explained the negative balance was actually caused by you and we aren't responsible for that. - Point 2 is an issue because as we've correctly pointed out, you did actually receive a response (although you've yet to acknowledge that error in any of your responses). In your star rating you've deliberately missed out taking into consideration all of the service you received, and instead focused on two points, one of which is your fault, and the other we've confirmed is actual a false claim. While it's great that your review is more accurate than it was, it's still a long way from a reflection of the service you've received. While you claim that your surveys are done carefully and thoughtfully, this review does not reflect that type of behavior. You suggest that we should act professionally (if you reflect back you'll see we have), but yet you haven't taken the time to leave a fair and balanced review. We would ask that when leaving reviews for any site in future, that you take time to establish the facts, and review based on all of those facts, not just the parts you didn't like and that should hopefully avoid other sites having to respond in a similar way in future. We will continue to provide the high level of service and professionalism that we did to you and our other members over the last 11 years. Enjoy your day and good luck with your future earnings.
