In relation to the point you've raised, the best course of action would be to raise a ticket to advise us of the potential survey issues. We have a dedicate form you can access in our help section, or raise a support ticket and we can provide you a link to that.
WE would always advise that if you require support, then contacting us via our support areas is the best way to do that.
