We sent your order on time however, once you let us know it had not arrived, we offered a replacement which was declined, as you were leaving soon but accepted our offer of a full refund. We are very sorry that your order was misplaced by the Royal Mail, the tracking number states that they have not attempted to deliver it yet, sadly we take responsibility that they still have your notebook. We are sorry your experience has been so disappointing and we have discussed as a team to see where we can improve.
