Outlet hole at wrong height Euro socket attached to pump Instruction manual wrong 32mm reducer requested and paid for not compatable.

Thanks for your feedback. As advised on email to you before your purchase, this unit doesn't come with an outlet cut, this is for the customer to position as required. The pump does mention it is supplied with a 2 pin European plug which can be removed and this will not affect the warranty. If you would like to contact the team here we can ensure you have the correct manual and talk through your intended use for the outlet connection to ensure it is the right part for your project.
