Very disappointed that the next day delivery was, in fact, 3 working days. Your response was not helpful and your last e-mail was terse. Unlikely to recommend to others as a result.

Delivery driver did not leave parcel or any way of making alternative arrangements.Had to drive a round trip of 57 miles to pick up item from depot.

I would like to apologise on behalf of Tap Store and APC our carriers. As you are aware APC tried to deliver but found no one was able to sign for the delivery. They had inteded to call again the next day. We would like to offer you a 10% discount on your next order. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
