I can see that you were paid out by one of our partner companies and you are correct they charged an admin fee of £200. This however is nothing to do with the Car Loan Warehouse, our services are 100% free and we charge nothing to our customers. Our objective as a conscientious broker is to find you the very best finance option to suit your needs, I hope we managed this, but if the lender charged a fee, unfortunately it's out of our hands. I would like to think they told you up front about any additional costs, in this case it seems not so I will be following up to ensure other customers are fully informed.
