impossible to get customer care on the tel > I received 2 separate orders in one single pack despite being charged twice for p & p

Thank you very much for your feedback. You should not have been charged twice for postage if the items came together and I will arrange a refund next week. We have had our busiest Christmas period ever and a few calls have gone onto the answerphone. The goods I ordered arrived very promptly, and were exactly as I expected. I didn't order any sweaters so I can't comment on fit.

From sweaters to cardigans, accessories to pashmina, dressing robes to bed socks and much more, there is something for everyone at The Cashmere Centre. Established in 1998 The Cashmere Centre has seen steady growth each year in both the range of products that we stock and the number of customers who buy from us. All the products are designed by us and made in our factories and are therefore exclusive to The Cashmere Centre. We take pride in giving a great service and if you phone us you will get straight through to one of our telephone team (based in North Buckinghamshire) who love and wear cashmere as well, will be able to answer all your colour and sizing questions. And if that’s not enough, at The Cashmere Centre we offer 3 exclusive services; our made to order service enables you to order any sweater or cardigan in any of this seasons colour range; our Re-finishing service will bring back to life any old favourite cashmere sweater that may be looking a bit tired and worn; and finally our specialist repair service can mend small holes in cashmere sweaters, even if they have been made by other suppliers! That is what makes us ‘The Cashmere Specialists’ and the 'Home of the Pashmina'.
