Thank you for returning this sweater. I have now had an opportunity to examine this and believe it may be 'underwashed' following production. We do have our sweaters slightly underwashed on purpose, so that they will last much longer. On the first hand-wash after purchase they will become much softer. However it does seem that on this occasion, the final wash has not been enough and it does therefore feel harder than normal. Some retailers have their sweaters 'overwashed ' to give a soft feel from when they are purchased but the softness does not always last. Thank you for taking the time to provide this feedback.
