Beautifully made. Lovely and soft with heart shaped pattern. Very cosy for a newborn. Great value for money as it is quite a large shawl.

The quslity is not as expected for the price paid. Very very thin. I have several other silk/cashmere scarves and this is the thinnest of all...very disappointing.

A brand-new pashmina may not feel quite as soft or full as one that you have been wearing for a while. This is quite normal as it has been newly woven and pressed. Once worn a few times, your pashmina will become as full and soft as previous purchases. Of course if the pashmina is not suitable for you, please do not hesitate to take advantage of our 90 day free returns guarantee for a full refund or exchange. The snoods were divered quickly and all were in good condition. The actual snoods were, however, skimpy, not enough material in them to make something wearable .

As the snood has been newly knitted and pressed, it may not feel quite as full and soft as expected on first wear, however with wear the cashmere fibres will naturally lift making it feel much softer and fuller. The service was excellent I phoned to order the snood and received the order very quickly the quality of the snood is very good and they wash beautifully. The lady on the phone was very helpful.

And if that’s not enough, at The Cashmere Centre we offer 3 exclusive services; our made to order service enables you to order any sweater or cardigan in any of this seasons colour range; our Re-finishing service will bring back to life any old favourite cashmere sweater that may be looking a bit tired and worn; and finally our specialist repair service can mend small holes in cashmere sweaters, even if they have been made by other suppliers!
