Both first and second choice colours were out of stock - not impressed. But they did phone to tell me and were helpful. Would expect 24 hour turnaround on web orders - took 3 working days

I thought the service was fast and efficient but the product was a huge let down as it had a hole in the seam of the collar. Not happy for the money I paid!

I am very sorry that there is a fault with this sweater. Quality problems are extremely rare with our products and all come with our full guarantee.
